Remembering Girl’s Day Thread

Girl’s Day was a Girl Group that debuted in 2010, under Dream Tea Entertainment. On January 11, 2019 all 4 members of Girl’s Day contracts with Dream T Entertainment expired and they decided not to renew.

In June 2010, it was revealed that DreamT Entertainment would be debuting a girl group called Girl's Day the following month. The lineup consisted of Jihae, Jisun, Jiin, Sojin, and Minah.

Two months after the group debuted, members Jisun and Jiin left the group to pursue individual interests. New members Yura and Hyeri were then added to the group to replace them.

On October 17 2012, a few days ahead of their comeback, it was announced that Jihae had left the group due to personal reasons.

On January 11, 2019, DreamT Entertainment announced that Sojin had decided to not renew her contract and would be leaving the agency once it expired in February. After Sojin's departure, the remaining members soon followed suit with Yura signing with Awesome ENT on March 20, Minah with Yooborn Company on March 29, and Hyeri with Creative Group ING on April 30.
