Interesting. From my understanding there are a lot of Uzbekistan economic migrants currently in Korea, and as a result many aspirational migrants that are currently studying Korean in their country too in preparation , so I presume Uzbekistan is trying to strengthen its ties with SK?

There are a lot of ethnic Koreans in Uzbekistan as well. They were exiled to Central Asia during Soviet Times.

And I think the government is trying to flow with Gen Z interests

For Graduation from high school. It happens in 25th may in post soviet countries, so the government makes a big concert for teenagers who are about to graduate from School.

I don’t really know. Black swan is nugu compared to BIG 4 groups, but Uzbekistan never hosted big kpop groups same as other Central Asian countries. I remember Kai and Ailee coming but they came there as soloists.

Ah yes, y‍ou're correct. It's interesting that the Uzbek somsa, non, and tandir all appear to be cognate with the South Asian samosa, naan, and tandoor, which makes sense given their physical proximity.

Yes. Temurlang and Mughals(Babur) when they conquered South Asia they brought not only religion, but language, culture and cuisine with themselves to these regions.
