2017 was THE peak as well agree. Actually 2015-2018 peak kpop years down hill from there for me 💀

Yes, 2015~18 were iconic! Really great music from so many different groups!! 2019~2024 we had some good songs, but overall no great years as in the past.

But I'm talking about overall, not just 1 group.

I love 4th gen ggs, but a year should be filled with great songs from several acts, groups, soloists, duos, etc, so as I said it had amazing bops, but imo not amazing years as it lacked impact IMO for kpop.

Twice and RV cb were meh compared to their amazing 2015~18 journey, BP 2022 was weak compared to their iconic 2020 which I'll put above, MMM cb made no noise like in the past, lsfrm did ok, StayC ok so IMO a weak year...

Even for MADE series alone.... I agree. 2015 was the best.

Like others I must admit... 2015 to 2018 were the best kpop years.

Kpop is really not so good anymore.

I don't give a damn about noise. For MooMoos, the Mamamoo comeback made plenty of noise. But to claim 2022 was a weak year is ABSURD. It was literally one of the most dominant years for girl groups EVER

I wasn't just talking charts, but since you talked about noise, the charts tell no tall tales

Any girl group stan who says these years weren't incredible is a FRAUD. I have declared it so.

2022 in particular had everyone coming back from both 3rd gen and 4th gen, with a couple appearances from 2nd gen with both SNSD and Kara.

Not to mention this legendary collab stage we'll never see again

It's not ALL about charts and noise, mona. It's about the music and the memories, and 2022 was a PHENOMENAL year. One of those "you had to be there" K-Pop years.

AGREE. specially summer 2022 was in my opinion the most legendary one. more for ggs i agree but since im a gg lover... well .

NJs legendary debut, bp and snsd's long awaited comback, twice to and then ive. it was PEAK.

For 2015, just 4walls (best kpop album!), Made, the Red, Odd, I and Cheshire made it legendary. Overall, the years i remembers the most are 2015, 2018 (17) and 2022 (23)!
