That makes sense in terms of converting to album-equivalent units. Now "pure sales" is obviously not just physical sales, so I'm assuming they're adding downloads (converted to album-equivalent units) in there.

Streams and views shouldn't be included if we're talking about "pure sales" though. They would be included in EAS (Equivalent Album Sales) calculations, however.
