The scariest thing is how quickly people forget

We haven't forgotten. There's only so much to say about it until further updates come out.
Otherwise there's a risk of damaging our mental health thinking about these awful topics. Maybe you have the morbid fascination of deeply disturbing information, but the rest of us want to preserve our own sanity and keep a healthy balance.

Caring about mental health is valid but not at the expense of silencing outrage that could lead to real change. If there's not any noise it will always be business as usual

I'm saying it's unfair to virtue-signal to our users as if they absolutely don't care. They care. They've spoken a ton about it in the initial thread, but there's only so much they can say until further updates.
And I don't blame them because this is a heavy topic that requires a break from time to time. Not everyone can handle it when they've got other things going on in their lives.
I don't see you posting in that thread on a regular basis, so why are you casting blame on others?

It’s all about popularity, sadly. Public only interested to talk about you if you're 'worth it' for them. Take Nj, for example—they’re the IT group in Korea right now, so even the gp pays attention to what’s going on with them. But when a hybe worker died at work and the company didn’t do anything, almost no one talked about it. The media barely covered it, and K-pop fans didn’t care because, to them, that person was just a nobody.
Even with hybe’s influence in the media, issues like this only blow up if it involve someone with even some popularity. And let’s be real—there are plenty of nugu idols going through abuse just as bad, if not worse, than Madein and Vcha. But their stories get buried because they’re nobodies in the public’s eyes. Unfortunately, that’s just how it’s always been, and no matter what, it’s not likely to change.
