What will be the fate of Ador after NewJeans leaves?

New group names if they can't use NewJeans anymore

HYBE will probably just get rid of Ador as a label.

They can't use Newjeans IP with a new group. They need a defector like Keena, which doesn't seem likely. It is kind of wild to think about how Hybe sabotaged themselves like this.

I'm hoping there is some negotiations once Hybe realizes that this isn't salvageable and comes to a compromise.
