Originally an artist I like and have supported in the past gave me an invite code for the site around the time the beta was released, at first it was pretty cool and there's not really a feed like twitter where its consistent content, you know how like it sometimes just keeps re loading and re loading overwhelming you with stuff? It's not like that, YOU have to be the one searching or if you know a digital artist who's there, you have to physically look through followings and stuff like that to curate a feed you like.
I think it was def a good way to help me quit twitter you know? Like I'm kinda grateful for it, but its just to similiar to me. I love all the artists I support don't get me wrong but some of the toxic people from the art community on twitter came to bluesky and it just isn't a place for me anymore.
If you are curious you no longer need an invite code or anything to sign up, I'm glad I tried it but yeah not for me. I have since deleted my account but this is kinda what it looks like. I guess its up to you and how you view social media or what you use it for.
