July 4th Independence Day in the US

    Major Holiday in the States. Celebrating independence from King George of Great Britain. Declaration of Independence Preamble states "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

    It includes a long list of grievances of King George of Great Britain. Suffrages imposed on the Colonies by the King George. One example 'He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.' kind of sounds like Covid mandates. Another 'For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever'. Kind of sounds like the EU.

    After all these years, it still feels good not to be Ruled over by another Country or Monarchy.

    Anyrate happy 4th. As for my pursuit of happiness, I'm going to watch a Parade, Fireworks and buy a bunch of Jack-n-the-Box Hamburgers. XD

    Yes- President immunity decision. It makes sense, the President's actions could be illegal but proper during his/her official duties. Immunity eliminates the potential of a multitude of lawsuits.

    Why it happening with Trump? Many times the Supreme Court dismisses a Case because the Plaintiffs don't have direct standing(being a victim). This is first time a President is being persecuted for official acts. SCOTUS decides President has immunity.

    SCOTUS looked at all the lawsuits against Trump and his conviction. All the cases pending and even the 34 felony count Porn Star hush money case. Are very likely unconstitutional.

    Australia celebrates Australia Day on January 26. The anniversary of 1788 landing of the First Fleet, planting the Union Flag of the Great Britain.

    Interesting seasonally between Southern and Northern Hemispheres. January in Australia is like July in the US. Anyrate Happy early Australia Day.

    there's some backlash to that specific date from some people who think it's not a good day to commemorate the landing since it's sort of anti the local indigenous (Aboriginal) people

Sort of like when you all bemoaneed Trump's justified impeachments and then turned around & called to impeach Biden just because you felt like it, with no valid basis for doing so. Same thing here.     Evidently every legal case against someone you like is "fake," no matter the amount of evidence, while every baseless accusation y'all make is totes real. What's worse, the baseless accusations are usually projections & admissions of guilt.

Goal to create an Imperial Presidency, Congress that is reduced to a consultant entity and do away with the Supreme Court. President will operate without any checks and balances(Constitution). The Democrats have done the Lion's share of implementing a Progressive Government. Look how upset they get with the SCOTUS corrects a case to conform with the Constitution. Also how they get so upset when the GOP President becomes elected. That means He/She will be in the Imperial President office. They can't have non-believers with the power. Note all the instances Obama, Biden have run afoul of the SCOTUS. Latest is Student Loan forgiveness. Biden boasts he is going against the SCOTUS.

    Too bad I didn't explain the imperial President and Progressives well enough. Its a big subject it doesn't fit in a few paragraphs. You might want to check it out. It explains the motivations by some in Government. One World Order, Globalists and Progressives all working towards the same ends.

    A ruling that confirms Presidential immunity. The Court looked at all Court cases targeting Trump. A fine example how the Justice system can be exploited for political means.


    The last week Trails are put on hold and convictions delayed. Evidence with any connection to official duties by the President used in these trails are problematic. From what I've heard about the evidence, prosecutors really heavily on Government evidence. That is not admissible evidence and Jurors, Grand Jurors who were exposed to it, their rulings are now in jeopardy.
