STARTO ENTERTAINMENT has announced that it has terminated its contract with Taisei Fukumoto of the Junior group Ae! group as of December 30.
The reason for this termination is violation of the company’s compliance policy, after a thorough investigation into the matter.
STARTO will not publicly reveal what the violation is, saying that they are protecting the privacy and wishes of those involved in this incident.
The company apologized for the sudden news, and said that under the direction of its new chief compliance officer, it will continue to abided by its compliance policy, while spreading awareness of it.
