Do something fun. If you cannot do anything strenuous you can try swimming. It is not hard on the body and you can choose your pace. It also exercise every part of the body. You can try simple work outs on Youtube. You can use water bottles instead if you don't have dumbbells. & invest in a yoga mat.

Instead of having a usual workout routine, you can try taking on an activity such as dance. If you find exercise to be difficult, listening to suitable music and even watching music videos and performances could help as you complete the workout.
I find that healthy, nutritious food can taste great. You don’t have to completely give up on guilty pleasures you enjoy, but it’s wise to consume them in moderation.

strict diets are not sustainable for long periods of time imo, so just cut down on carbs and snacks as much as you can, eat your proteins first in every meal, make your dinners light and eat them early. and if you can't work out (like me) then take long walks daily.

keep happy and maintain positive mindset
(Seriously stress and depression are biggest enemy for health. I once lost 3kg in 5 days just because of stress)

Maybe you should consider about not just food, but about clean water and air as well, and make everything you can - to get rid of any type of the pollution. I've been looking for some articles related to it, and could find how to reduce pollution in home on your own. It's pretty easy, I should admit.

From experience, I think upholding a routine is helpful. Even when you don't strictly stick to it, starting off by following a routine occasionally is always a start :)
