why are potatoes so good

sometimes i peel them cut em up and fry it. have some eggs and bacon.

Potatoes really are just that amazing! I think part of why they're so good is how people can enjoy them in so many different ways? Personally I love having roasted potatoes, potato salad, baked potatoes, even fries...

My favourite has to be mashed potatoes though, they're just very melt-in-your-mouth type of food!!

I used to like potatoes but have stopped eating them as I can do without the carbs and high cholesterol.
