Artists and staff at SM need to be extremely careful. Don't be going on TW expressing support for one faction or another, Hybe or Kakao. Unless you literally dont care about your job and are willing to walk away.

This news is a bit misleading. LSM simply has to appoint new directors that HYBE will try to place at SM’s Board of Directors, and these two are the media’s prediction on who Sooman will choose but no source as of yet.
I personally think Bang PD has bigger chance than MHJ bc HYBE’s focus is to improve the company’s governance while MHJ is currently focused on NewJeans and more of producing side of things. I find it quite unlikely that MHJ is going to accept that offer [if there’s any].

LSM was rumored to approach HYBE late last year in stock forum, that’s why Chris Lee n co. tried to stop with the Kakao illegal-ish investment deal. So this move is possible but will Lenzo sway the current BoD? Curious for the next drama’s installment lmaooo
i think if the rumour is true that Kakao aren't able to offer more than 90k per share (due to the pending injunction) while HYBE's offer sits at 120k per share then that works well for Lenzo's bid
