of 12 Home Search Warrants as part
of the (TATE Brothers) investigation so far.

Observation -->
One would *guess* that the RO JUDGE will choose
to *extend* the current RO JAIL duration of the TATE Brothers.
While RO Special Police (DIICOT) investigation of them continues.
The 'holding' JAIL maximum *extension* date would be July 1, 2023.
So , before then , RO PROSECUTORS would need to 'bring' (file)
official COURT CRIMINAL CHARGES against the TATE Brothers.
And then , the RO JUDGE could choose to *continue* to keep
the TATE Brothers in JAIL , pending their RO COURT TRIAL.
So , can NOT see the RO JUDGE currently choosing to
JAIL *RELEASE* the TATE Brothers in their current situation.
The TATE Brothers seem as likely to be the *official* target
of a (Romania) CRIMINAL COURT TRIAL *before* Jan. 1, 2024.
And thus , they seem now as a FLIGHT RISK to leave ROMANIA.
As the TATE Brothers do NOT want to 'end up' as RO COURT
'Criminal Guilty' and doing say *10 YEARS* Prison Punishment.
The TATE Brothers are *not* ROMANIA Citizens (rather USA + UK).
