based on something that I wrote on a different forum.
I wasn't sure what to title this so I gave it a typical "kpop ff videos on youtube" kind of title.
And this fanfic is not supposed to be taken seriously.
When the bad boy forces you into watching Shrek movies
The sky is dark and cloudy.
Y/N is walking on the way home from the art supply store, just having bought coloured pencils
Suddenly she accidently into a guy, who is wearing a dark leather jacket.
She looks at his face and starts recognizing him.
Park Seonghwa, the bad boy in her school, who often skips class.
"Well well well," he says with a smirk. "Isn't this Y/N from art class?"
She nods nervously.
He suddenly grabs her wrist.
"I'm sorry, but I have to kidnap you and force you to watch all the Shrek movies with me."
"Huh???"
"It'll be fun." he says as he pulls her wrist. "If you refuse, then I'll tell everyone that you cheated in math class."
"How... how did you know?"
"Jungkook told me."
"Alright, I'll watch it."
A while later, she and him are sitting on the couch in his bedroom, watching the first Shrek movie.
She has not seen the movie since she was a child and is actually enjoying it a bit.
They watch the scene where Shrek talks to Donkey about how ogres have layers just like onions.
She looks at Seonghwa and notices a tear running from one of his eyes.
He wipes it away.
After they are done watching the first Shrek movie, he picks up the DVD of the sequel.
"Why on earth did you decide to watch Shrek with me?" she asks.
"Because when I was going to a hard time a kid, Shrek used to cheer me up."
"Oh..."
"I grew up as an orphan and got bullied in elementary school."
She has no idea how to respond and says nothing.
She notices a tattoo on his lower arm that says "Better off alone"
The tattoo makes her think of the quote from the movie where Shrek says how people judge him before they get to know him and that's why he is better off alone.
She has often noticed that Seonghwa never interacts with other classmates and if he does, then he is often being mean to them.
"Seonghwa," she says. He looks at her. "you're not better alone."
"What on earth are you talking about?"
"If Shrek kept being alone in the swamp and didn't become friends with Donkey and married Fiona, then there wouldn't have been a Shrek 2."
"I refuse to try to make friends because... I don't want to be hurt again."
"If I was your friend, I wouldn't hurt you."
"How would I know?"
"I promise that I won't.?" she says raising her pinky.
He puts his pinky around hers.
"Okay," he says. "Then you're my friend."
"I'm the Donkey to your Shrek."
A smile appears on his lips and tears fall down from his eyes.
"Well..." he says. "Shall we watch Shrek 2?"
