Bang PD fired NewJeans stylist and apparently hired two new ones

I said it awhile ago but NMIXX and NewJeans had the worst styling of all the 4th gen GGs this year.

Happy that Bang PD agreed with me lol.

NewJeans looked SO good when they debuted, but then their fits just got tackier and wackier with chasing the Y2K trend. It's like the stylist lost all sense of how to coordinate.

I will never ever understand this. Folks really think that a company like Hybe would invest thousands, even millions into their subsidiaries or acquisitions and NOT have any say in what they do? Like this makes literally NO SENSE WHATSOEVER.

This aint how corporations and businesses work at any level. Every dollar is precious to a company, and most CEO's are MASSIVE control freaks with MASSIVE egos (LSM, YG, JYP, etc). BangPD is no different. I dont care what Min Hee Jin might say to some rag in an interview or what even BangPD might say in public, she is utterly and completely answerable to him.

Not only that, a public company is utterly and totally answerable to their shareholders, if a Hybe subsidiary fails and costs the company a ton of money, BangPD cant say that it's not his problem, the shareholders would riot and the stock would be dumped en masse.

And thank god for that. It’s obvious that their newer stylist doesn’t understand what was so good about min hee jin’s styling for nj in their debut videos and stages and just opted to look for the ugliest y2k pieces and trends they could find, slapped them together and called it a day. Just hope nj could get back to wearing good looking clothes again instead of whatever the hell they’ve been spotting these past couple weeks

to put in simple terms: they’re ugly af lol. you have all these cute, young, vibrant girls but the clothes on them are bulky, tacky, heavy and just depressingly hideous From colour to pattern to fabric to silhouette of these outfits, from the clothes to the shoes to the accessories, they’re all very unattractive for anyone to wear, let alone young girls, and just don’t look appealing or fashionable at all. You don’t look at these outfits and think wow i want to emulate these styles, unlike the trendsetting vibe that nj’s clothing had at their debut

if OP's post is true (source seems to be some dude's ass lol), then the turnaround was immediately felt because their MMA fits went viral (ie. more viral than usual for NJ), especially Danielle's fox cut hair

idk how invovled MHJ is on the day-to-day stuff, last known direct involvement was their W Korea shoot which was bonkers
