It’s always been suspected just never really paid any attention to. I remember reading an article about this. The article had stats that proved streaming farms existed because some little known small towns were out streaming large cities for specific artists/ songs. Just like everyone knows Ticketmaster is shady but can’t/ won’t do anything about it. Spotify and other streaming apps aren’t as organic as people think.
