The boys other than Jin and Yoongi can enlist anytime upto Dec 2023 to still return by June 2025, so I don't think Joon is going next, just that his album is ready.

Why? He had to enlist by 2027. in 2023-25 he can focus on solo career, then from 2025-27 do group activities and then enlist. Why do you think that doesn't make sense?

I guess to me from the BigHit announcement is that they would all go by the end of 2023 so by 2025 all military duties would be over and they could move forward as a group. Maybe I took the BigHit military announcement out of context that all would go in a specific time frame.

But according to what the guys and BH have said, they've made it clear that the members will enlist per their own schedule (after their solo projects are released) in the upcoming year or so and regroup by 2025-ish.

bighit said that members will enlist per their own schedule and will reunite by 2025 but i don't remember them saying that by that time all the members would have completed military service

I'm not disagreeing, I'm just saying that big hit was ambiguous, they didn't explicitly said they'll reunite after everyone has completed the service. It can be both

And i think it's very weird that people are speculating so hard about namjoon enlisting when hobi and yoongi are older than him and still haven't announced anything
