The USA is the one *selling weapons* to TAIWAN ... IF that the USA wants to chatter about 'FIRST STRIKE' issues related to PRChina , in PUBLIC for some reason , the USA *purchased* ($$$$) that option (my view) ... CHIU needs to only make sure that all his (4 Months Training) *STRAWBERRY SOLDIERS* can salute him properly ... Beyond that , CHIU needs to *pray* that USA keeps selling TAIWAN weapons.
