where did he say that? I doubt he will name the company even if he said it.

They probably just got better offers
one problem which I see in it is that
they are moving
because they got better payments, some of them are much higher paid
and...
the whole payroll in HYBE, monthly wages of workers rise fast thanks to that...
so someone will need to work hard to pay those wages
and sadly it will be our Idols who will do it...
When working usually you stay because:
1. You like your job
2. You enjoy the working environment
And leave because:
1. You get better offers
2. You don't like your current job
3. You don't enjoy the working environment
Tho, I wonder where's the link source

I don't think that's such a problem. They're all Big 4 groups aka doing really well. Those idols are usually well-off. And management / creative staff at kpop companies are often treated like shit and notoriously underpaid. Employee ratings are usually pretty meh bc no bonus / bad holidays / work terrible hours / etc.
so I don't blame anyone for going where the pay is better, even if there's only a slight difference.
not surprising tbh
If they're getting better offers, good for them
I wonder how much the avg. kpop manager makes

it's not slight difference tho...
according to articles Min Heejin is highest paid female employee in top 4 agencies
other people who are moving to HYBE also receive generous offers
Hybe is expanding fast and they can't do this with brand new staffs, is obvious they are gonna try to grab some of other entertainment companies experienced staffs
Staffs can leave anytime if they get better pay or benefits or work-life balance, even if the difference isn't huge, any improvement counts
yeah, but that's also not a bad thing. Companies willing to pay their employees good money usually get better results in the long run. Min Heejin is CEO of her label, so I'm guessing her salary is probably way above average for that reason.
yeah, south korea is a small country, there's only so much employees with experience in big kpop industries lol and if the pay and benefit is better people will look into it, esp bc its a company that is constantly expanding
sadly it will be our Idols who will do it
I think it'll reflect on the expensive meaningless merch the most
A jobs a job. If you get a better offer or better conditions then you'd at least consider moving if not move outright.
