do you love or hate competitive environments?

  • competitive environments are essential for growth and without it, the industrial revolution and subsequent tech advancements would have never happened

but at the same time, for the majority who wont make it to the top, it can steal all happiness and make them stressed and anxious for life

  • Depending on what it is it can suck but also be good

suck is when example wifi gets cheap so people go to a company but than get bad contract for wifi

bad is when let's say iphones get more expensive just cause they want to beat Samsung

Good is when you have variety of shops in a city you can go to

Also good is when this allows you to have different options on things to buy

    (examples)

    A.C.E | ATEEZ | DRIPPIN| MCND | NU'EST | ONF | SF9 | Stray Kids | TFN

  • all good points but the constant comparison can be a mental burden too

  • Healthy competition is good. It's how companies and people grow. Too much of it is bad and takes a toll on mental health but that's up to how each person handles their own competition

i dont believe in healthy and unhealthy competition

thats up to the individual whether they can take a break from it when wanted

in general, there's either competition or there's not

  • Deepened where, in my ranked games at 10pm before sleep if you go for fun I'm gonna rage. But competitive drivers on the road are the most dangerous and reckless

competitive driving on the road is pretty much completely unnecessary and useless

in most cases, competition drives progress that gradually benefits the masses though

I'd say most competition is healthy but it becomes toxic when it becomes bad for your health and against your values.

I worked in a place where competition was highly estimulated but I started despising it and not giving my best when I realized it was only for my boss profit and none to mine.

Changed my job after getting a new opportunity by getting approved in a very competitive public exam and though there's zero competition, its a thousand miles better than the previous in almost every aspect lol. I only miss my coworkers and my crush that I used to see on a daily basis.

narcissistic, my god i love it

  • I think competition is good but it's subjective since each person will have differing opinions

for someone who is smart/successful (whether at work or school) then competition is good since it pushes them further

for someone who is not as smart or struggling the competition is bad since they are being compared to their peers who are better than them
