I mean, yeah??? This is true for any company, do you think any of them have actual independence over the ones who own it?
She said people can actually let her have decisions instead of being some sort of creative machine subjected to constant company board approval or just having to follow orders left and right. But obviously in the grand scheme of things if a superior don't like what is going on they will interfere and it goes down to the company culture if they're going to allow it or not.
