I have a pet peeve when I see people doing these things while cooking or baking.

I feel like in food service that should be required. At Domino's I made my staff wash their hands between changing stations and everytime after touching the check out terminals before returning to the food line

Sadly not all restaurants require it (including Domino's, they only require it between frozen and cooked), I am always worried about it when I was working restaurants. I don't want someone food poisoned
