    I think legally it is a Double Jeopardy variation. A second prosecution attempt on charges resolved by a Presidential Pardon. It is going to be thrown out, can't be charging people with the same crime after the case was resolved.


    Miles Guo and Bannon clearly were just creating GTV Media Group. No crime here except the Authoritarian BS mis-information Claims.

    Not an expert, just by observations. A Criminal trail when a innocent verdict is decided, no double jeopardy is allowed. No special exemptions for multiple jurisdictions. Including Federal, State, County or City Governments.

    Seen Criminal prosecution attempts by another level of Government agency. Just like this one with Bannon after Federal trial is decided a State government attempts double jeopardy. The Criminal Trial never happens.

    Seen Prosecutors pursue Civil Trials. These are common to get some sort punishment. Factual level of evidence is less critical in Civil Trials.
