For the same reason February movies are uniformly bad. March movies used to also be uniformly bad before Disney started releasing Avengers movies in March BECAUSE it was a weak month.

The idea is that winter is when people have other concerns, so you release the weak stuff then, and release the strong or exciting stuff in the summer. It's a flawed idea, but it's how the industry works.

CIX's Cinema was a nice song but the concept was not my taste (especially the nursery-colored outfits they used for Inkigayo plus Yonghee looked like Angel Cookie from Cookie Run), the main dance point during the chorus was...odd, and the MV was just there.
