I was actually thinking about this and I think its safe to say he is the most popular EXO member internationally. We all love him here in the USA!

And its well deserved. The album? AMAZING the concept? INSANE the performance? ITS LIT The promotions? HE IS A GENIUS. I cant express how much this debut blew me away, the whole teasing leading up to the comeback and until the end of promotions I was 100% into it. FILM:KAI is just a masterpiece. The whole album is the type of modern rnb that I like and probably my favorite of all the exo releases (Baek and ExoSc held that for a while). Kai really wrecked me this time

I'm so happy his album has been this successful. I was wishing it were but never to this extent. He deserves it and Im glad more people are noticing him as more than just the main dancer of EXO.

I dont know how he is regarded at within SuperM.

But I think his solo speaks more of the impact of Kai the artist than Kai the EXO/SuperM member.

Yeah. I don’t know much about Taemin’s achievements either but if we are counting public recognition, then it’ll probably be Kai. He’s more known on social media/ stan Twitter, imo.

Exo are doing so well as soloists. I can see them all having bright futures as senior idols.

I think Taemin is more experienced and more recognised as a successful solo artist in Kpop but Kai had a bigger debut both as Exo and Kai the soloists and he has a bigger fandom.
