I’m wondering if the dating ban is still legit for 4th gen idols? 🤔 It’s been a long time and we haven’t heard of 4th gen idols dating yet, like official news from Dispatch. Also, if a company is to have a 3-year dating ban, does it expire on the day of their debut anniversary right away? Meaning, they can start asking girls out on dates on the day of their 3rd year debut? 🤔
Is dating ban still real for 4th gen idols?

Nothing really suggests that it stopped. Especially when you consider the response to certain male idols being caught by fans, I can't imagine that internally in the kpop companies they aren't still regulating it.
If not in actuality then in the potential of their idols getting caught.

dating ban isn't a thing and definitely isn't a rule in contract (that would be illegal), is more like a common agreement between idols and companies and depends of company how much they want to apply it, some companies are more harsh about it and some are more loose.
Mind to say that a lot of datings are never released because companies pay off, not because they don't date, dispatch actually inform companies of their news and ask them to pay before is released, companies chose if they want to pay.
