OP, This is not from PGR21 and PGR21 is neither Japanese or a publication. It's a forum and it's South Korean, this is a repost from a website called Ranking.net

They have various Kpop related 'rankings' on their such as most popular, cutest, sexiest, etc. They are user generated polls for people to vote on. This poll is from February 4th HERE <<<So use that for the source.

As you can see it has a dynamic configuration to see who was popular in with each age group/gender. It's actually a pretty handy tool.
