Because overall Lisa is still the "Highest Korean soloist on Spotify Global chart" (which is the title of this thread). I guess they just forgot to add "debut" in there. Because Nayeon actually has the highest DEBUT by a Korean soloist on this chart. Jungkook is not in consideration for this one since he debuted at #172 with 'Stay Alive'.

A Soloist is the Main Singer which Jungkook isn't...
