How do you lift yourself when you wake up in a bad mood?

If I wake up in a bad mood, usually means I have to wake up for something early.
Therefore, I don't have time to do anything to boost my mood before I have to do that thing :)

take some deep breath, get an ice coffee
tell myself today is the worst it can be , get over and will be fine afterwards.

Remind myself that the bills don't pay themselves and get on with it.

If I have the time, work out. Ideally mountain hike

Well.... I don't know if I can call it "bad mood", but I woke up having thoughts that bothered me.
But then later when I was some place and was drawing, I forgot about it.
So distraction...?

i watch music videos of my faves always makes me feel better.

I don't generally wake up in a bad mood as I sleep well and am rested.

maybe exercise? I always find playing basketball (for me) is good for stress release

Rare..but I did a mental visualization returning the negative, "heavy feeling", energy back to my normal balance and frequency.

I take a deep breath and touch myself (not sexually). I dont know why but it makes me feel relax just doing that.
