[Music Show] How to Participate in the KBS2 <Music Bank> Pre-recording

This is your BTS fan club manager.
We would like to provide you with some information about the KBS2 <Music Bank> pre-recording and live show participation on Friday, June 17, 2022
Please read the notice below before participating in the event. We look forward to your enthusiastic participation.

* Aside from the confirmed participants, some people will be waitlisted. Whether or not those who are waitlisted can enter will be determined on-site.
(For example: Those with the waitlisted numbers 1 and 2 will enter the event if two confirmed participants do not show up at the event.)
▶ Only ARMY membership holders who have purchased the BTS “Proof” (Set) or BTS “Proof” (Standard Edition) album from the Weverse Shop are eligible to participate in the pre-recording. You cannot participate if you fail to meet either conditions.
▶ Pre-recording Application Period : 06:00 to 06:30 PM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 (KST)

▶Winner announcement: 12:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2022 (KST)
** Only those who were born before December 31, 2007 can participate in the music show. (Those who were born from 2008 cannot participate even in the presence of their guardians.)
** The application page will open based on the server time.
<Notice on BTS Pre-recording Mock Application>
- Date and time of mock application: 2 PM - 2:30 PM, Wednesday, June 8, 2022 (KST)

* We are holding a mock application to allow you to experience the renewed music show application method in advance.
*For pre-recording mock application, there will be no winner announcement.
*Please feel free to participate in the mock application if you would like to try out the renewed application method in advance. The mock application is only practice for the application. Please do not mistake this with the actual application.

▶ What to Bring to the Event
* If you fail to bring even one of the required items, you will be unable to participate in the music show on the day.
* If you fail to bring the required items, as long as you prepare them before the entry numbers are assigned, you will be able to have them checked. Once your items are confirmed, please stand in the "LATE" line in order of your arrival. (Whether or not you will be abl to enter will be determined by the circumstances on-site.)
- ID Card (must include a recognizable photo)
- - Your ID should match the information that you entered during application, and you must bring a physical ID that includes your name / date of birth / photo.
- We do not accept photos, photocopies, or screenshots of your ID.
- If the photo on your ID is not you or has been damaged with stickers or doodles beyond recognition, you need to present another ID.
* If the staff deems that the photo on your ID does not match your actual appearance, you may be requested to provide additional proof of identity. We ask for your cooperation.
* Korean nationals: Passport (must be issued before December 21, 2020), Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Youth Card (issued at Community Service Centers)
* Non-Korean nationals: Passport, Residence Card
* For those whose passports have been issued after December 21, 2020, you must show your passport and the passport information certificate.
** If you entered your name in English when you signed up for the MOA membership, your identity can only be confirmed with your passport.
* You must apply under the name on your ID card you will be bringing with you on the day.
* We do not accept student IDs.
* We do not accept expired IDs.

2) Official Light Stick "ARMY BOMB"
[Notice on Joining the Music Show]
1) You can leave the music show once all the performances are finished. In case any conflicts arise with the guards present at the event due to various reasons including leaving the show midway, you may be given disadvantages in the future, such as being denied entrance to the fan club seats. We kindly ask for your cooperation in complying with the staff’s guide to ensure ARMY's safe and pleasant viewing experience.
2) Depending on the show, there may be age or application restrictions. Please check the details of the relevant program before applying.
3) Taking photographs, videos, or making audio recordings are strictly prohibited in the studio where the music show is held. All devices capable of taking video or audio recordings are strictly prohibited from being brought into the venue. If you are discovered doing any of the above activities, you may be subject to penalties such as being denied access to fan club seats by the authority of the security team or staff of the broadcasting studio. This is to ensure ARMY's safety and a pleasant viewing experience during the music show. We ask for your cooperation and understanding.
** If you are discovered, you will be asked to leave the venue immediately and all photos and recordings will be deleted on the spot. The company will not be held liable for any damage that may occur to your device while you are exiting the venue.
** You will also be banned from participating in any future music shows.
4) Using personal cheering tools (placard, slogan, cell phone placard app, doll, fan, etc.) other than the official light sticks is prohibited.
5) Even though you are a winner through the application, you will be penalized if you do not participate in the event. (excluding waitlisted number)
6) If you are not present in line during the check-in time, or if you missed your check-in time due to standing in the incorrect order, you will be marked as late. Please stand in the “LATE” line.
** On-site staff are not in charge of lining you up. Please make sure that you remember your entry number and stand in line accordingly.
** If you arrive after your check-in time, please stand in the “LATE” line in order.
(For example:)
Check-in Time: 8 PM
→ You must be present in the waiting line by 7:59:59 PM.
→ If you arrive at 8:00:00 PM, you will be marked as late.
7) Engaging in dangerous behaviors such as rushing to the artists’ vehicles while BTS are getting to or off work is highly dangerous. If you are found to have engaged in such behaviors, you will be banned from participating in any future music shows. We ask for your kind consideration and cooperation to ensure the safety of both ARMY and BTS.
If you are assigned a fan club seat, you are prohibited from leaving the seat at your own accord.
9) You can deliver your letters to the BTS members at the music show. Please deliver your letters to the on-site staff, and they will pass them on to the artists.
** Other than letters, no other gifts will be passed ontothe artists..
We ask that you carefully read the notice before joining so everyone at the music show can enjoy the performance in a safe and pleasant manner.
This notice may be partially revised or supplemented based on the situation on-site.
Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to read the notice.
