“Different“ concepts aren’t always a good thing imo

I don’t like it when every group has the same concept either but that doesn’t excuse the quality of bad songs.

I don’t like Billlie‘s songs for example and everyone is praying them for having a great concept. It don’t make a difference to me if you have bad songs.

You just have bad taste in music

No I don’t lol. I do like provoking people when I have different opinion though because I thrive on triggering people.

diffrent lately just means a hyper song. not really different

With the amount of "diffrent" around you need something "normal" to thrive

Not sure where people are equaling different with better.

But of course, it's true that when you experience too much of the same, that when something 'different' appears, you'll consider it as a 'breath of fresh air' and will look upon it with more goodwill than example 51 of the sameish stuff.

Even if a 'different' song or concept turns out to be meh, people might still applaud it for the effort of trying to do things differently.

After all, variety and diversity is the real spice of entertainment, and how creativity and inspiration can flourish. This applies to music and k-pop too.
