No. They didn't choose for this. I doubt they were even aware about her bullying past before the scandal. It's sad that this is all happening but they are not at all responsible for the group's bad reputation. It's sole responsibility is on Garam and only her. Nobody would ever wish to choose such a path.
On one hand, yes, but there's no need to diminish her accomplishments. She's only 18 and she was on a very good career track. Not to hate on them either but there are some "kpop ballerinas" whose careers consisted of a Saturday morning class and some very wobbly form.
Anyway, this won't hurt Kazuha at all. if anything the controversy will make people look up the group out of curiosity, they're still rising in the charts.
