"Twice declining"

There has been quite a bit of talk about Twice declining, but I think the opposite is happening at least internationally.
The composition of their fandom is changing.

I keep hearing about more and more female Kpop fans becoming fans.

The successful tour and now opening Instagram is the start of a new, more global era for them.

Fancy that.
