Chenle & Jisung's This and That Season 2

I. Introduction

Chenle & Jisung's This and That, also known as ChenJi's This and That, is an ongoing YouTube variety series that follows NCT Dream members Chenle and Jisung as they try different activities. Chenle & Jisung's This and That Season 2 continues the series with activities selected by the members.

II. Overview

The group structure of NCT is unique among K-Pop groups due to the fact that the concept of NCT is an ever expanding group with "unlimited" members and it is comprised of several individual subunits. NCT Dream is one of the sub-units, originally debuting with teenage members.

ChenJi's This and That follows the NCT Dream maknae line, Chenle and Jisung, as they try different activities. In Season 1, they tried activities suggested by fans and as the series continued, activities often reflected NCT promotions, such as NCT Dream album releases or all-unit activities.

During Season 2, they created their own activities, still utilizing fan input, rather than finding out the themes as a surprise. They also created the show's intro at the end of Season 1.

Other members of NCT occasionally appear on the show and more frequently in this season. It is also referenced by other members in other NCT content.

Season 2 overlaps with the NCT all-unit Resonance event. Currently there are 23 members in NCT, making up four individual subunits. The sub-units combine to create an all-unit project in select years that features all NCT members, debuts new ones, releases albums and appears on TV shows, web and social content. As part of the NCT 2020 Resonance and NCT 2021 Universe events, NCT's YouTube channels posted daily content, including limited time shows and special episodes of ongoing shows.

III. Episode List

The show originally debuted on the NCT Daily YouTube channel in December 2018 and then moved to the NCT Dream channel when the channels were merged. Season 1 ran from December 2018 to July 9, 2020. Season 2 began in August 2020. Episodes are 10 to 15 minutes. All episodes have subtitles in multiple languages, including English.
