II. Career
I. 2018–2019: AQUA
On November 17, 2018, she debuted as a member of the project girl group AQUA.
They were described as Korea's first Esports girl group which would promote both as gamers and idols, however, the group silently disbanded in 2019 following the closure of KRAZY Entertainment.
II. 2019–2020: Limesoda
In early 2019, Jangmi joined D-Maker Entertainment. She was then added to the lineup of Limesoda sometime in February 2019, and made her official debut with them on October 4, 2019 with the digital single, "Wave''.
On August 21, 2020, she announced on her Daum Cafe account that she terminated her contract with D-Maker Entertainment along with Hyerim back in March.
