He was the vocalist of boy group HIGH4.
They debuted with the single "Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossoms" on April 8, 2014.
On February 13, 2017, it was announced that Sung Gu had requested to leave the group. The agency stated that they will settle on the course of action after the group's Japanese promotions.
They presumably disbanded due to inactivity since April 2017.
Youngjun also participated in MIXNINE and he was eliminated on Episode 10.
