NCT Dream - We Go Up

    I. Introduction

We Go Up is the second EP by NCT Dream. It was released on September 3, 2018 with the lead single "We Go Up."

    II. Background and Release

We Go Up reflected a maturation of NCT Dream in both music and image that had begun on the NCT 2018 Empathy project, as the kid-friendly "Chewing Gum" evolved into an older teenage sound and image in the brasher "Go." This was temporarily the group's last release with Mark, who was graduating from the group, based on the group's system of graduation upon adulthood. This system would later change and Mark would return on later NCT Dream albums, Hot Sauce and Hello Future. This EP also marked the return of Jaemin to the group, who had been on medical hiatus.
