I. Introduction
"Better Days" is the eighth track on SuperM's debut album, Super One. It was released on September 25, 2020.
SuperM combines members from four popular SM Entertainment groups: Taemin from Shinee, Baekhyun and Kai from EXO, Taeyong and Mark from NCT and Lucas and Ten from WayV, an NCT sub-unit. The song is entirely in English.
The group participated in promotions in Korea and the U.S. in support of the album, although U.S. promotions were recorded in Korea due to the travel limitations of the COVID-19 pandemic. The group performed songs to support charitable organizations related to the pandemic. The song "Better Days" during The Big Event, an online advocacy event for mental health organized by the World Health Organization on October 10, 2020.
