    I. Introduction

    We Young is the first EP by the NCT sub-unit, NCT Dream. It was released on August 17, 2017 with the lead track "We Young."


    II. Background and Release

    The EP features six songs in Korean and Chinese, including the title track "We Young." Dream member Mark co-wrote lyrics for 4 songs on the release. Due to an injury-related hiatus, member Jaemin is not featured on this EP. "Trigger the Fever" was previously released in March as the official song for the FIFA U-20 World Cup tournament. NCT Dream held their comeback showcase at Hyundai Motor Studio before premiering the next day on M Countdown with the two songs.

    The EP reached #2 on the Korean Gaon Charts and #3 on the US Billboard World Albums Chart. It also charted in France. The title track "We Young" reached #14 on Chinese Billboard and #11 on US Billboard World Songs.
