    Plot: Jang Han-yi is a mischievous 9 year old boy, more interested in going to PC cafes, playing video games and gaming cards than studying. His older brother Jang Han-byul is the complete opposite. Han-byul is well behaved and an obedient student, who tries to takes good care of his younger brother. However, lately he has been having trouble with difficulty in vision and frequent headaches. Their strict but loving mother believes that he is faking being sick to avoid going to academy classes. When one day Han-byul becomes severly sick, he is rushed to the hospital where he is diagnosed with brain tumor and is advised for surgery. Han-byul's surgery goes well and he returns home with regular follow up for chemotherapy sessions. Han-yi has a difficult time adjusting to the new lifestyle with a recovering Han-byul and starts acting moody and throws temper tantrums. However, when Han-byul has to be rushed to the hospital again, Hani blames himself believing to have caused his brother's infection after he had used his towel. As a way of saying sorry he gives his brother his prized 'King of fun' card.

    At the hospital they meet fellow cancer patient Choi Wook. While Han-byul becomes good friends with Wook, Han-yi dislikes him calling him 'country boy' and getting in a scuffle with him when Han-byul gives Wook his prized card. Han-yi has to reluctantly agree to live with Wook's family for a couple of days after Han-yi has a complaint filed against him for fighting with a classmate. Living with Wook, they quickly become close friends. One day while exploring the mountains, they get lost and run into a mysterious shady man. While running away from him, Wook collapses but regains consciousness when the mysterious man makes him drink water from a tumbler he is carrying. Han-yi recalls the story to his brother calling the mysterious man 'Mr Tarzan' and believes that the water could bring dead back to life although his brother dismisses the idea.

    When Wook has to hospitalised again, the brothers hear about the grave condition he is in. In an attempt to make Wook happy, Han-yi manages to bring 'Jade the clown' a comedian who is Wook's role model, to visit Wook at the hospital. Meanwhile, Han-byul's condition is deteriorating and has to undergo a second surgery. Han-yi worrired about the surgery goes to the mountains again with his classmate in search for the miraculous water. He rushes back to the hospital with the tumbler he had found where the doctors are trying to resuscitate his brother who is in cardiac arrest. Although Han-yi is stopped from entering the post-operative room, Han-byul manages to regain consciousness. However, Wook who is lying adjacent to Han-byul dies. In the present time, Han-byul has lost his eyesight and Han-yi is seen taking care of him. They are seen playing with their new pet dog as they remember their friend Wook.
